    Bing Glitch?

    Yeah I realize there was another thread about this but it was filed under resolved issues and it most certainly is NOT resolved.


    I had it happen to me once before but have been fine for a while... well, here it is again today. I can't log on because every time I load the launcher, I get some stupid bing search engine thing and a bunch of other nonsense instead of the log in field.


    What's causing this?!

    longshot... but it might be that the psuedo IE browser the launcher runs on is not able to load frontier.ffxiv.com properly. Could try adding google DNS IP's (8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4) to your DNS list and then moving them to the top of your DNS list in your TCP/IP properties to try ruling out an issue with address lookup.

    It was a virus I guess, I spoke with SE reps and ran a scan and that sorted it out.

    Sadly, my damn PC has been crashing again however because of that - Thanks nVidia, for your trashy drivers.

    nVidia 331 drivers are very stable, if you don't have those try upgrading directly from their site.
