Where are the side quests????

Ul'rah I looked at my COMPLETED QUEST LOG:

2 level 10 quests done in u;'rah I purposefully skip side quests except in Gridiania to make leveling easier for my other jobs. NO REASON to not have quests.

I don't know what to say in all of Ul'rah I have very few below 20 done.. as in les then 10. Where are the quests?????? Whey are not even popping up in my recommended.

**EDIT** I've teleported to other locations with NO luck, by the way.. so this is a huge issue.. I've seen other people complain but only a handful of posts on THIS site.. aka where they should be posting about it... Please take a look and let me know if you need anything else.

Bump. plenty of time has gone by. By the way for those that watch the forums, do they even read the forums or post replies? I've only seen one "Mod" reply, but haven't looked hard..
