Problem: NPC V'mellpa located at LL Lower Docks does not respond. My friend as well as many other players I've asked near the location are encountering the same issue.

It's still broken, and as this is a main scenario quest line.....

I'm having the same problem with my Balmung character. What's especially annoying - aside from having the main scenario quest line blocked - is that I filed a ticket and have gotten no response from the GMs. Nor do I see one in this thread. Are they listening to us? Do they care? I'm starting to wonder. I must say that in other games I play, the GMs are much more responsive.
