Steps:
1. Do the Road To Redemption quest
2. Talk to 2 knights
3. Talked to remaining Unnerved Knight, Doesn't work.

I am experiencing a bug that will not allow me to interact with the targeted NPC cords 25X 9Y to complete the Road to Redemption level 38 main storyline quest. This is the 4th time that I have requested help, and my patience is wearing thin. The quest can not be abandon or reset and this is impending my ability to progress and enjoy the game. Please fix this bug.

Hoping for a resolution soon as it's a story quest.

Same problem here. I saw 3 other people standing by the NPC so it seems to be affecting everyone on Balmung who has this quest.

I am submitting this on behalf of a friend who is having the same problem but can't get to a PC. (Is on a PS3)

Steps: (1.) Accept Road to Redemption (2.) Unable to continue quest at Unnerved Knight.
