    If you already have the hair available, I'm not aware of anything that would revoke that availability. The event that unlocked it in the first place is currently unavailable, but that would seem to not be a problem for you based on your portrait here. =)

    The ability to obtain the haircut through questing was closed but you can still use the barbershop for it if you completed the quests before it was closed. They will bring back the quests/events to obtain the haircut again later at a game launch, according to the post on the lodestone.
