Die Ende is a new FC looking to bring up competent raiders from rags to riches. While you do not need to be heavily geared, you do need to have a good attitude and be willing to learn. Gear will come with time and patience, skill comes from practice. Currently there are no restrictions on classes and there is only one panned out raid group.
