Double bug! Questions and Lancers bug + Forum Registration bug

Area and coordinates: North Shroud (21;31)
Steps:
1. Since my friend cannot register to the forum, I'm posting in his stead.
2. QUEST -> When clicking on "Gutted Campfire", after having collected every balloon finger, the progress bar doesn't show up and the quest stands still. He cannot go further with it since yesterday evening.

For every information, PM me and I'll give you his SEID, since the impossibility of his registration here (he's still trying it without results).

We had this thread here with a Mod response but I am standing in front of the campfire right now and it is still not working :/

I am unable to do this quest since saturday evening while someone on the german forums said that he did it on saturday afternoon without a problem. Also strange that this is only happening on Ragnarok (at least there weren't people from other servers confirming this issue.)

We understand that this is preventing those of you affected from progressing in your class quests, and know that this must be frustrating for you all. We have alerted the appropriate parties to ensure that this is looked into, hopefully to be resolved soon. It appears that this is currently only affecting Lancers on the Ragnarok server, however if this is affecting you, and you are not on the Ragnarok server, we encourage you to make a post here indicating your server and length of time this has been affecting you so that we may escalate this information to be looked into. We appreciate your patience as we look into this concern!
