Is FFXIV about to jump the shark?

Yeah either the game is going down or people are canceling there sub... Welcome to the world of MMO's... I personally love the game and will ride the shark if it really is going down... But due to the people I see cranking out on this game, I don't see that happening anytime soon...

Jumping the shark? it is a reference to the old Happy days TV show to were one of the beloved character jumped a trapped shark in the TV show. It was a stunt to improve the rating and regain popularity with the TV show that quickly died but it is now more of in desperation doing something crazy to regain attention.
