Laraina NPC bugged; Cannot recieve Primal i90 Weapons

The quest `To Tussle With Gods` has a bug in which the npc Laraina is glitched and will not distribute `Rowena`s Token`coupon to exchange for the i90 Primal Weapons.

Laraina is marked with a green check-marked indication (meaning the quest is completed); she will not activate when you try to talk to her. This is effecting players, including myself, from receiving a Primal Weapon and likely lock us out of restarting the quest for another week.

I`m not sure if this is serverwide, it`s happened to many people on Coeurl server and started roughly 2-3 days ago.

A fix would be appreciated as extreme mode rewards are very awesome.

I worked all week to complete the quest before the weekly reset. Finally managed to in the nick of time and I can't even turn it in. I seriously hope I don't get screwed out of my weapon for the week because of a bug.

This either needs to be fixed ASAP or we need to be compensated for being forced to miss a week.

I have several friends who have said this has happened to them, one of which completed it on his main character prior to this starting, and now cannot complete it on an alternate character due to this bug. I'm sure SE will never do anything about it, but I agree that it would great if they could somehow allow us to recover this lost week. Many people only play on the weekends and therefore get shafted if they have multiple 50 classes.

Can't start the quest for the week. On Coeurl too. I click on "Primal Focus" and nothing happens.

It'd be nice for them to manually track who killed all three primals last week and mail them 3 vouchers.

Myself and a few of my friends are also suffering from this bug with Laraina being unresponsive to the quest "To Tussle with Gods"
We're on the Coeurl Server.

It's bugged on Ultros as well. Can't accept or finish the quest.

Well this is great, we're locked out of Primal Focus for the week now... :/
