today I had a nightmare run that took 70 minutes and here is the story. we start off and ask if everyone here is familiar and knows the fights? if not just ask wont make fun of you for asking. its better to ask than wiping the raid over and over based on a lack of knowledge. we ask and say these things. no one says a thing. we get to the bone dragon 3 wipes on the bone dragon. no one asked about mechanics from alliance B. at this point it Is alliance B that is wiping us whole sale. A and C say ok lets just continue on see what happens. we wipe on every boss 2 or more times excluding the last boss. we wiped 6 times on king behemoth alone. thanks to alliance B. things started to get heated after the 4th and 5th wipe on king behemoth. the only reason we didn't wipe on king behemoth a 7th time was the build up of insults flung at alliance B out of sheer anger made both terrible healers and tanks drop from B. read the 2nd half right below.

Also, make macros and explain anyway if people perform poorly. Lots of people won't admit they're new, since it usually results in drops, namecalling and more.

I have all the patience in the world for people learning and getting better. alliance B in this case were not trying to get better. again they never said after the bone dragon wipes we need a detailed breakdown of this fight coming up. they didn't even ask why we wiped on bone dragon. this is why they need to expand the dismiss option to let people in other alliances dismiss other players in a different alliance. these guys added 25+ minutes to the run w/o any intent to learn about the fights from us on the spot in that moment. I am 100% im not alone in this thought. at the start we said if you don't know ask. how hard is it to say "I don't know this fight. what should I know?

While I don't agree with kicking people because they're bad, like you are suggesting, I do think this system needs to be in place for groups of people who are deliberately trying to ruin runs for others. We had an Alliance group earlier that were intentionally trying to sabotage our run. At first I thought they might just be bad, but on closer inspection of what they were actually doing, you could see their motives were clear:

Facing the first Valefor's rear towards other groups, even repositioning him to better catch people in his tail swipe and baiting them. Some time later, when we arrived at Bone Dragon; their group stacked the Platinal on top of each other; they had both of their tanks pulling them onto the same spot or dropping them on already dead Platinal. They knew the mechanics and they had been told again and again, but they were dead set on trolling our run. Reporting them would have done no good, since they could play the innocent card and say they did not know the tactics, but a vote to kick feature for their group would have been perfect.

I don't support removing people for being bad players; even the worst, but I'm all in favour of removing those that want to ruin things for other people.

I think I was in that CT raid... it sounds all to familiar. Alliance B, I hated you!!

I was in a terrible CT run that almost resulted in a time out. We had an alliance that just didn't want to cooperate and there was nothing we could have done about it. While I agree that kicking people who are bad is not a fair enough reason, those that refuse to improve are not much different from those who wish to fail the raid.

Was in CT today where there was an Alliance "B" with a BOTTER.
This botter was flying around the room.

That alliance group would not remove this so person and made snide remarks how we should get over ourselves. I did report them in game - as other alliance people did but was pretty stupid to be locked in first room while they were doing some shady sh/t.

We were forced to leave 30 min CD. Today was the worst luck with CT ever for me.

People have been trolling CT for a while. I have seen alliances where members go straight to the fights and lock out people.
