This issue is still present for some people. Canthor is unable to proceed with 2.1 quest and will more than likely be unable to proceed with 2.2; he has made several post and all have been closed saying they are investigating the issue or the issue has been resolved.. A GM told him, they could reset his character to where it was in August to resolve the issue. Is SE's only solution to Nuke it from orbit and start over? I fail to believe that that is the only option; they should be able to allow you to re-flag this quest. I do understand that moderators troll these forums and ask that a senior rep or someone who actually has some sort of understanding of not just customer service but of the systems.
