Maelstrom Guildleves for Chief Sergeant

I just obtained my promotion to the Chief Storm Sergeant for Maelstrom and I have received notification that I can take on stronger guildleves. However, I have searched throughout La Noscea and cannot find anything higher than the Level 30 that is available at Costa Del Sol.

I would expect that being at Level 44, which is the minimum requirement for getting to Chief Sergeant would make a new location available for Maelstrom guildleves at a more realistic level either at Level 40 or 45.

So where can I find these appropriate leveled guildleves?
