This doesn't work because Cleric Stance does not only swap your INT and MND attributes, it also increases offensive magic potency by 10% and reduces healing potency by 20%. So even if you wind up having more MND by using it, you're still taking a 20% hit to healing throughput. Cleric Stance on SCH is used exactly the same way it's used on WHM--for when you want to deal damage.
