What's frustrating is getting a place like Sastasha when clearly your group is all synced down and could have gotten something higher, like Haukke or otherwise. I think what they do is it checks what is queued, readies a dungeon on a first come first serve basis, readies the dungeon they could have gotten, but then someone (level 15 or so) leaves queue. Well, the dungeon is ready anyway, so someone else replaces that one who left queue. My theory, anyway.

it's still a roulette, though, so when you have someone who's roughly lvl 30 that means you have a 50% chance of getting a starter dungeon and a 1 in 6 chance of getting Haukke. your lowest level player determines your chances.

if they put people in the highest dungeon possible by default you'd still have the problem of eventually getting sick of a dungeon, it would just be a different one
