Duty Finder to crash the past few days

Over the weekend I had been trying to finish up the line of Guildheists, and I got up to Solemn Trinity. Several times while queuing for it, the window to commence / withdrawal pops, I click commence, screen fades to black, and then nothing. Screen stays black. No loading icon in the bottom right corner. Can not ALT+TAB out or anything. Computer is locked up. I was able to enter the instance once. Any other instance I tried to run over the weekend, no issues.

ATI video card was running on an outdated driver (Catalyst 13.9), so I updated that to 13.251. Ran Thormarch (sp?) last night, no issues. This morning I tried to use Duty Finder roulette for a low level instance, and it black screened and locked up.

Tried again about 10 minutes ago, again MNK using low level dungeon DF roulette, crashes when it tries to load the instance. No error messages. Had to hard reboot the PC again.

9:05AM EST was able to join Tam-Tara instance using DF roulette. Tried Solemn Trinity guildheist around 9:20AM, and it crashed.

Not sure if a patch or hot fix was done, Thursday I played for a little, was able to access Duty Finder instances successfully, and also queued & cleared Solemn Trinity with no loading issues. It does take a while to load for me though, I tend to see party channel chat and battle actions (buffs, etc.) before anything else loads on the screen.

I'd like to add I am having the same issue. I try to hit commence, but then the duty finder says it encountered a server error... and that I should try again later. But it's been doing this for over an hour.
