Can anyone at all help me with this? I have done this quest before without an issue on another character, so I don't see any reason why it would choose to crash now. I've scanned and searched but there seems to be little to no reason on my PCs end that this should be happening.

Having a similar issue. It only occurs in selective places.

ntdll errors can depend on various things, even bad drivers :/
can try changing drivers, reinstalling, uninstall something that was recently installed and could conflict, even formatting. of course it can also depend on the game code but in that case it's "hard" to fix since not everyone is reporting this.

I've updated the drivers for the video card and I've done everything under the sun for this issue. My next step is to purge my video card drivers completely in safe mode, then re-install them. After that, I'll try install FFXIV on a different drive (60Gig SSD) and see if it is in fact a HD issue. Wish there was a solution for this, almost wondering if Microsoft security essentials is the issue.

    Solution for me was...

I just hooked up a 60gig SSD drive and installed FFXIV onto that drive. Now I can run the dungeon, which tells me corrupted files were the cause.
