    How lvl 30 players use stoneskin pvp?

    Tried lvl 30 bracked today first time and just noticed some ppl are using stoneskin lvl 30 bracket and it is lvl 34 skill. Anybody have any idea how it is possible? wonder if they can use another lvl 30+ skills too. It is some kind of bug?

    Cross-class actions, kinda dumb if you ask me. A lv 30 SMN can't use Eye For An Eye, but a another lv 30 mage crossclassing that skill can.
