Progress made toward Chronicles of a New Era quests disappeared

After finishing the main scenario, I went to complete and made progress toward the quests in the Chronicles of a New Era series, up to fighting Garula Hard Mode ("In for Garuda Awakening"). I took about 2 months break beginning in early November and came back recently in early January 2014 to find that all my progress toward Chronicles of a New Era quests has disappeared, and I could not restart any quest in the Chronicles of a New Era series, including the very first quest in this series ("A Recurring Problem").

I tried to restart these quests, but Minfilia who was suppose to be given me the first quest in the Chronicles of a New Era ("A Recurring Problem") did not give me it. Instead she gave me a completely different quest belong to the "A Realm Awoken" series. There's no other quest she could give out beside the quests in the "A Realm Awoken" series. I have also tried completing Garuda (Hard) twice, but "The Navel (Hard)" for fighting Titan Hard Mode would not appear in my Duty Finder. I even tried going to U'Ghamaro Mines to Attune to the aetheryte crystal. but I could not interact or touch the crystal at all. I know I have completed Garuda (Hard) for sure, because the Relic Quest to obtain the Artemis Bow registered that I have completed Garuda (Hard) and asked me to proceed to fight Titan (Hard). However, and again, Duty Finder would not list "The Navel (Hard)". Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
