Purchased incorrect item using myth tomes.

I have no doubt this problem must have been approached several time. The only information I have been able to come up with is that there seems to be a way to fix this issue; however, what is remarkably frustrating is that there is absolutely no mention of this in the in-game support venue. As I perused the selection of boots available it was obvious that there were two boots geared for healers. Not to sidetrack, but sometimes I am distracted because of the medicine I take, and I purchased the Argute boots not noticing they were a scholar item. From what I have learned it seems as if there is a one-time option per account to fix an item mishap. That is a terrible shame because at least Wow gives you three, but more importantly is the in game G.M. system that allows you to talk to an actual person who can and will help you in most circumstances.

Its because they dont want to deal with people who dont pay attention to what they are buying and then complain about it later because they bough the wrong its. It has nothing to do with them and everything to do with a persons stupidity. There is also the case of if they listed it people would try and abuse it creating even more unneeded work for them.

Actually a failsafe for accidentally buying the wrong item from tomes would be useful for situations where people were too hasty to buy something before they noticed it was the wrong item. World of Warcraft has a failsafe system where if you buy the wrong item you have something like an hour to get it refunded.

Whle im sorry for you inability to focus, those who have "accidentally bought the wrong item" need to pay more attention. Bottom line. As far as GMs fixing that, I havent heard anything about it.
