I have no doubt this problem must have been approached several time. The only information I have been able to come up with is that there seems to be a way to fix this issue; however, what is remarkably frustrating is that there is absolutely no mention of this in the in-game support venue. As I perused the selection of boots available it was obvious that there were two boots geared for healers. Not to sidetrack, but sometimes I am distracted because of the medicine I take, and I purchased the Argute boots not noticing they were a scholar item. From what I have learned it seems as if there is a one-time option per account to fix an item mishap. That is a terrible shame because at least Wow gives you three, but more importantly is the in game G.M. system that allows you to talk to an actual person who can and will help you in most circumstances.
