A lot of the Housing material is harvest-able. I've found Find Sand which is made into Mortar which is used to make walls, roofs, and other house related items. xivdb has their item lists up to date as far as I've been able to tell. Some of the special items needed to make the unique decorations, to the best of my knowledge is collectible through dungeons and primal fights.
