Crystal Tower Loot Bug

Hi,

I recently have done Crystal Tower and I got a piece of loot that i didn't even roll for because I was the only one left in the party due to lag and got locked out of getting any loot from the week.

This is extremely annoying and frustrating. I have emailed your Support staff and this was their reply.

"Hello and thank you for contacting us today regarding an issue you are encountering in the game.

We understand that this can be very frustrating. We are currently unable to remove an item that has been distributed to the incorrect player. Although our policies may change in the future, that is currently not something we can revert for you. "

This is not the player's fault and you are doing nothing to compensate the player because of YOUR system. Why is there no action taken to at least try to rectify it. Last time when I was playing other MMOs these kind of loot problems happen as well, and they solve the issue without any problem why can't your game provide such service and instead give such reply to your paying customers that nothing can be done and indirectly telling us to live with it.
