    Lvl 15 Marauder quest "Brutal Strength" bugged?

    So I hit 15 and am currently trying to complete this quest in the server Brynhildr. The first part of the quest to meet with Reynfred in Aleport I think is bugged. I can not find this npc anywhere and looked up if there was some sort of pre event ending in Reynfred to be standing where it should be standing. Please someone help with this problem.
