Party Finder Abused - allowed?

As you can see in the below screenshot - people start to abuse party finder.
They put a ILVL item that is not ever possible (so the party never fillsup and they stay always there for 1 hour) and their message is nothing to do with finding parties.

The only advertise they accept Money to clear content for you. Can we report these things? Greedy people always destroy and abuse fun parts of the game.

Where exactly is the issue? They're going to advertise either way; be it /shout or PF.

Asking for monies to carry people through content is not abuse. In no way does this hurt you, harm your ability to use PF or hinder your experience when in a party. Perhaps you should stop trying to destroy what they find fun in the game and move on?

The issue is using the party finder to not find parties but to advertise.

Although I don't think SE would do anything until enough people are doing this that there are more adverts than real parties.

For now, just report them.

They're advertising for a member to join a party they will make, I don't see the issue here. They just want a tell first.

What exactly is the problem? Is it interfering with your game? No. Is it taking up space in the party finder? No, as far as I can tell there is no limit. So why have you got a bee in your bonnet over it? Ignore it and move on like most people do.
