Reporting cheaters?

So I know we aren't supposed to call people out on the forums for in game stuff, but the jumping in PvP is getting out of hand. I mostly solo queue and have a 50% win rate, and 90% of my losses are to people abusing the broken jump mechanic that Yoshi P. specifically asked people to not do. Curious if reporting people for it even matters, or if I should just make a wall of shame and put it on reddit with screens of offenders in action.

If you can't win a match fairly, you don't deserve a win.

I report anyone I catch doing this in pvp. I know it's mostly just to make me feel better, but Sqaure hasn't told me to STFU (yet).

However, since I do stream and record on twitch, I am able to prove my accusations with a timedated link added in the reports.

Where and when did Yoshi P ask people not to use their spacebar, not sure if you two are trolls or want to be ridiculed by the entire pvp community that have actually played more than 100 games.

Jumping characters are difficult to hit
In patch 2.1, new coding was introduced that will estimate the character’s position to improve response time. As a result, response time has improved drastically in other content. However, because the estimation on the character’s position does not apply to character's that are jumping, this leads to melee attacks not being counted quite often. While we continue working on this issue, I would like to ask that until this issue is addressed, please try not to use the jump as an intentional dodge maneuver against melee attacks.

What? Lol I have a full set of i70 PvP gear and a 50% win rate from solo queues. Not mad cause bad, I just don't like having my time wasted by exploiters. I will quote Yoshi's words for you regarding the exploit:

I've done a couple hundred matches this week and have only run into 2 people jumping a lot. I didn't report either of them. If I could right click the name and report after a match or something I probably would.

I do take the time to fill out a "report cheating" ticket however for people I see obviously botting. There are 2 of those I've seen that will auto join the match, proceed to automatically use all of their buffs and then 1 just stood there while the other would target a team member and use follow on them. When I see them in a match I ask everyone to report the person.
