Crafting Gear With Enough Stats

I been trying to buy and add materia to my Weavers gear in hopes of getting the 347 craftsmanship i need to make Vanya items. But im still only at 325. And if I try to add more Craftsmanship materia to my gear, it tells me i'll get only +1 or +0 craftsmanship. How can I get my gear enough stats to give me the 347 i need?

1) Do you have the best gear you can obtain? Clotho (Or Luminary Tool), HQ Weaver's Set, HQ Militia Spinning Wheel, HQ in all the other slots and so on? Personally, with just universal pieces (belt, accessories) melded perfectly, I believe I was sitting at 333 Craftsmanship.
2) Focus on placing Craftsmanship materia in your chestpiece, headpiece, gloves and offhand. Those are the pieces that will hold the most Craftsmanship. Check Raldo's wonderful post here for stat caps.
3) Failing that, eat a food such as Rolanberry Lassi (+24 Craftsmanship, +30 if HQ) or Rolanberry Cheesecake (+32 NQ, +40 HQ) to temporarily reach the Craftsmanship required for Vanya Silk. The finished products actually don't require the 347 Craftsmanship, just the 318 control. Only guaranteed HQ rotation I've heard of requires 340 Control, though I'd imagine you can get away with lower Control values if you use HQ components.

Militia wristlets and Red coral earrings both have a decent craftsmanship bonus, even for NQ version. Getting both of those shot me way over the requirement for the higher end items.

Pretty cheap in AH too, I think I spent 12k total on the HQ ones.
