Commentary: Correct, but as a 11 year veteran of Square-Enix games, in this case it is not a bannable offense, especially since it is not done in a harassing context. Kicking someone from a DF group because they are keeping the group from clearing the instance is not harassment if it is done politely and respectfully. Kicking under these circumstances is not harassment in any way and is therefor not actionable.

Start looking at it from the point of view of the person you're kicking. You also forgot one small bit. You can be as polite as you want, but the issue at hand is this. You and 1 or more others have a problem with another party members performance. You don't want to continue with him, yet you refuse to bite the penalty to leave the group. You refuse to work with the person, but would rather just remove him(bypassing the "deserter" penalty no less), which is you rendering punishment on said player. The point here is you have a problem with them, they're not harassing YOU, not cheating, nothing of the sort, none of the valid reasons for a kick. Yes, it is harassment.

He could do that except for the first 2 mobs, he was simply not focused at the begining, and who is !!! And if you dont like how someone plays then leave its no reason not to kick him and nobody is purfeckt, how would you know if on the pc sits girl, a kid and etc. not all players are hardcore once !

Being bad in this game is no excuse, I honestly don't see how you can be bad, without deliberately trying. You only have a handful of skills, one rotation, 2.5 sec global cool down, and all you have to do in any dungeon is dodge. That's it. So if you're bad, it's because you want to be honestly. This game is made for casuals and people that have never played a mmorpg before. So it's been made SUPER easy. I can't stress the "super" part enough. So yeah deliberately being bad and not taking all of 4 minutes to learn one of these basic classes then yeah, kick em.

Haha this is horrible. It is pretty obvious the person who kicked him gave him a chance after the first two mobs. I would have done the same because it was obvious there was no hope for this n00b, especially when you are lvl 50 already.

It's not, it is a simple majority.

Vote kicking urgently needs to be disabled when DF was entered by a party. It is a clearr design bug and would be worth a hotfix.

I am for voting n00bs out of the party, or at least ones that do not listen > do not know their job > cannot hold hate; mitigate damage. I was a n00b back in the day when Burning Crusade came out and I tanked my first heroic, totally failed and could not stay alive because I was not geared enough to mitigate damage on one of the bosses. I could keep hate though. Still, the party gave me a chance, then booted me and tried to find another tank. There is nothing wrong with that. Why would you want to waste 3 other people's time by not learning how to tank? Get geared, learn your job, and GTFO and stop wasting 3 other people's time! Do you know how horrible it is to be a fail tank and not hold hate and wipe your party multiple times because you do not know how to tank or are not geared enough? I bet the OP left out some crucial details in the beginning that justifies this kick. Some people have an eye for these things and know that a person is immediately not fit for duty and needs to go, or wipe a million times.

Exactly! In my eyes the bad is ruining and griefing everyone else. Not everyone considers wiping and taking an whole hour to do a 20 minute dungeon fun. I personally find wiping hilarious, but very few people do. So why is it okay for him to mess things up for everyone else? He's happy, having fun rolling around in his own badness, that's why he REFUSED to learn his class. I hope nothing happens to the people OP reported.
