Unable to play your level 50 class correctly, Can't hold aggro and keep dying to a boss is 100% kick worthy to me. You are holding the entire party back, why should we put up with it? (Not to mention most these people don't even type/talk.)
Now, CT loot going out and someone being removed cause their FC friend wanted loot, that's a punishable offense.
None of those is things is a legitimate kick reason according to ToS. Vote-kick is for getting rid of trolls/afk-ers not for someone who has difficulty with playing their job.

"Alot" is not a word. Allot is but it's unlikely to be what you want, try "A lot".
Difficulty playing a class at lvl 50 is irrelevant. If you caused over 5 wipes why would anyone want you in their group? Research your class, it's as simple as that.
Your attitude makes people leave.
Since when did we have to research anything for any game? I miss the days of PS2 and below where you die and learn. Even if you died to the same thing, it was still fun.
This is also a MMO, not a PS2 console game. You are holding no one back on PS2. Do you expect to get into a Coil group with 0 knowledge of your class, or 0 research on any fight?
The TOS is the TOS. We're not GMs, so enforcing the TOS is not something for the forums to do.
On the other hand, if someone gets kicked because his ineptitude (or lazyness) after making an hour of three other people's life miserable, I won't bat an eyelash.

Wow. I hope I never run into some of you people in game. Many of you who advocate kicking people for underperforming sound like the same people who used to advocate that people with disabilities be sterilized for their shortcomings believing it to be for the "good of the many". It's sad that this is what the FF community has degraded to; people with absolutely no compassion and sympathy for their fellows.
It's a fact that different people learn in different ways and different paces. Some people simply will not understand their class or the game mechanics simpky by reading or watching videos without having attemptedthe content first hand. If you have no tolerance for playing with people that have a slower learning curve, why are you using a random matching system that doesn't allow you to control or screen player ability?
It's not as if there aren't systems in place like the Party Finder where you can set ground rules and standards prior to attempting content.
Needless to say, I have and will continue reporting people who abuse the votekick system for their own selfish gains just as the OP has done and hope more people will do the same. And hopefully this will help reduce the number of unsavory personailties in our community, even if temporarily.

What is sad is seeing someone making absolutely unfitting comparisons between kicking someone out of a group in a game and causing severe and irreversible physical harm. By the way, "slower learning curve" is a big overstatement. If by level 50 you're unable to play your class decently, it's not just a matter of slow learning curve. It's normally a matter of laziness.Wow. I hope I never run into some of you people in game. What is "unsavory" is seeing people justify and encourage lack of responsibility towards your group mates and respect for their game time, no matter if you met them randomly. It's really pretty simple: by playing a tank, you accept the responsibility that the party revolves around you. If you're not able or willing to perform that task at an acceptable level, you WILL make everyone's time miserable, and in that case you deserve the contempt.
No one's born learned, and that's why you go with friends that know of your ineptitude beforehand to learn, instead of imposing said ineptitude on strangers, often wasting 90 minutes of their time with a timeout. Not everyone has several hours to play a day, and wasting 90 minutes of someone's time is not a small deal.
And mind you. I'm a tank, so I apply the same concept to myself. If you ever see me underperform in a dungeon feel free to vote kick me. I guarantee I won't go complains in the forum about it.
