Because it's considering griefing. You may not think it is, your majority may not either. But it doesn't matter if you do, it matters if SE does. The policy on harassment, and this applied to Kick harassment too, is open ended. They don't want to punish someone potentially innocent and that's going to apply to the players as well.

This all boils down to players using DF and wanting to set their own rules. DF isn't the place for that.
