Really Terrible Latency

Steps:
For the past couple of nights, I have had latency spikes every minute to five minutes. They will last quite a while and It really is getting old. My brother is also experiencing said lag spikes as well. Doesn't matter where, when or what class it just happens. Especially in Dungeons. After my huge glitch resolved, I got really far behind in end game content. this lag is making it hard to catch up. Out of all my online gaming experiences, This has got to be the worst. I never had so many disconnections or lag spikes. I thought it was me, now, I am starting to think it is on the other end. Everything else connects at high speed. I have a gaming router that can support multiple people. So it should not be this big of a issue. Even when my brother is not on, I get the spikes really bad.
