I think his whole message is referring that he is a casual more than a noob, and hasn't done a lot of endgame content yet.

It's a joke. He wants to separate noobs and experienced players, however this would be impossible to do since there is a lot of good new players and a lot of bad "experienced" players, so really it fixes nothing.

Sometimes apostrophes end up being two slashes in texts. The only times I've seen it is some odd course of events where the user is using a keyboard with a second language applied on it or something of that nature... or they're typing from a cellular device.

But to contribute to the topic, I agree that the OP should search for an FC that specializes in the particular sort of play he's wanting, otherwise, braving the wilds will prove to be a hassle each time. One cannot control the populace, but he can control his own situations. Group with like-minded persons and stay out of the path of misery.

My phone sometimes does that when I post from it and, ironically, do preview post first. If I don't preview first it's fine. If I preview it does that with the slashes.
