I have come from the EU server called Phoenix.
The #1 Progression FC, ShinRa <ShR>, is recruiting several classes at the moment, but all exceptional players will be accepted regardless of openings.
ShinRa is famous for its numerous server firsts including Twintania and all Extreme Primals.

We have a structured ranking system, and we raid 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Sun), but we also have bonus raids for farming extremes. A large house in Limsa Lominsa is within our grasp. Teamspeak is regularly used for offdays and mandatory on raid days.

How do you raid 3 nights a week + additional XM farms and not run out of content to run? Especially if you've already done Twintania. Just curious.

my guess is they spend hours each week, competing for fastest extreme primal kills, maybe selling primals, i mean theres allot to do just 0 progression

At the moment, we're competing with Order of the Blue Garter for the fastest time killing Titan Extreme! Just gotta shave off 20 seconds to beat them!
