But primals where long known before that event and where summoned also, its not like they where some secret experiment that got loose when the airship crashed.

Mr Happys speculation is rather interesting.

I haven't watched the video yet, so i apologies if it had been said. But if we are getting leviathan in 2.2 wouldn't that also necessarily mean we might also get the ability to swim? Or will they pull a dodgy and have leviathan as a floating primal that you will fight on land, or you fight it in shallow water?

The Ascian in White, I forget his name, but he's not helping, nor is he hindering the Scions(and by extent, you), he's a diplomat, he's trying to basically persuade you over to the Ascian cause rather than killing you like Lahabrea. And no, he's not tied to the Crystal Tower, he pops up during the whole moving the Scions to Mor Dhona quest line.

How many of these people played 1.0? And iirc the airship crash didn't release the primals, but the one guardian dragon did die.
