Crystal Tower defaults loot to last person in dungeon

Steps:
On December 31, 2013 I entered the Crystal Tower. My Raid/Alliance completed the instance. After the last boss was completed I watched the short cut scene (5-15 seconds). When the cut scene ended I was greeted by text that stated a pair of Paladin Light Breeches had been placed in my Armory Chest.

I was never given the opportunity to Need/Greed/Pass.

I submitted a support issue in-game; however, the in-game support reply that I received stated that I should have Passed. I never received an option to pass because everyone left the dungeon. I am now stuck with a pair of Paladin pants that I will never use, and I am locked out of receiving any further loot this week.

If you are going to instate a lockable loot system then a new loot distribution option needs to be implemented to correct these situations.

Exact same problem happened to me on January 2. Alliance completed the last boss while i was tryng to relog in the game after an error 90000 booted me from the game. When i finally was able to relog in the game i found my character alone in the tower and i auto got a DRG chest. Weekly locked out of the istance and whit a gear piece that i will never use (already got allagan and af2 chest)
