The size of the LS's need to be increased to match FC size. I have several LS's that have reached max size(128). In general it seems like the sizes are almost swapped around from the way they should be. Given the more inclusive nature of LS's they seem to fill-up with little difficulty. While FC's are typically smaller than 128 members(not saying there aren't big FC's out there) since most content is targeted at 8 or 24 players.
