Steps:

1. I leveled all Magic Classes to 50
2. Received the Achiement "Mastering Magic"
3. Did NOT receive the title "Archmage"

Fix it plz.

4. Speak to the NPC in Apkallu Falls, Old Gridania.
5. Receive achievement title.
