Steps:
1. Select Cracked Materia Exchange from Calamity Salvager
2. Select Restore Cracked Materia
3. Select a new materia and increase the quantity to more than 1 (i.e. you are exchanging >1 cracked for >1 new materia)
4. Select yes and perform the restoration
5. Resulting text log shows the following (using craftsman's competence materia II as the example):

You restore the aether to <WARNING: unknown macro code ('num2')> cracked materia II and obtain <WARNING: unknown macro code ('num2')> craftsman's competence materia II.

Note: the restoration/exchange itself is performed correctly.
