    you broke fates... why?

    Buffing dungeon exp was very welcoming, and I applaud you for that... but why destroy the variety in levelling?

    "A FATE's difficulty will now be determined by the number of players who participated in the previous"

    This is a stupid change that needs to be reverted... I can't do fates because last time it spawned there was 30 people? now my 10-15 players are gonna die..

    3 full-groups couldn't even kill the adds before courl king in South Shroud because each add was taking way too long to kill and were dealing damage equivalent to a boss.

    revert your FATE changes to 2.0 please.

    SE didn't break FATES, human nature did. The only reason why they were popular is because they gave more XP. Now instances do and most go to the DF.

    They were abused because dungeon exp was terrible... but why buff dungeon exp and completely destroy fates? why can't they have the best of both worlds? some people don't like spamming dungeons over and over, it's nice adding variety to your day.

    I wouldn't mind doing a few dungeons then a few fates.. but I just tried doing fates and because of the new scaling system our entire group couldn't do anything, every fate was literally scaled way too high because of the previous groups.

    Some like dungeons, some like FATES but the significant amount just want to levelled as fast as possible. Yesterday it was FATES and today it's instances, tomorrow who knows.

    There are still enough people doing them, and they scale to the amount of players participating, they just don't finish in 5 seconds now.

    Best change they could have made to FATES. Instead of being a snooze fest 1 button insta kill smash fest. People have to actually play their role, and not stick with sub lvl 20 gear till level 50. While I was levelling MNK and jumping into the occasional FATE between leves and dungeons since 2,1. I felt that I actually, as opposed to pre 2.1, earnt the exp and enjoyed teh increased challenge. Also trying to run FATEs pre 2.1 as MNK was usually an exercise in futility unless i joined a zerg party and leeched due to how fast everything died to AE spam.

    Plus it does give me a chuckle when I see a BLM charge solo into a FATE pack, spam Blizz 2 and get insta splatted XD

    You know, when I was leveling sometimes I thought that it would have been nice to actually loose a FATE... just saying.

    The fates are borked now it feels like your fighting hero level npcs. I have no clue what they did to them or who did not test this but they are horrible now. The ex is still faster then duty finder but the mobs are beyond overpowered. plus not having any fate groups option from level 0-40 stinks. To Play as a dps and que for 45 mins for a 45 min duty finder run is not a good time for my 3 hours of gameplay per day.

    The major downside to this is the world feels dead now people are only in the major cities now it is like playing litch king wow again. dead world high pop cities.
