unless im mistaken theres various zones with different city levequests ;/ not just gridania etc for twin adder :3

It's not any levequest in the black shroud that gives adder seals, it's specific Grand Company leves. I know Camp Tranquil has some, and I believe Quarrymill has some as well? They're given by a separate person than the normal leves.
