On that note yes I will show a little sympathy for those who have lost limbs IRL. We are human and subject to error.

well, you kinda of do get restoration in real life, you can simply pick it up off the ground, or pull it out of the garbage. or exchange it at the store.

just pointing out that real life is actually not as harsh as the virtual world in this case.

It's quite obvious that restriction only applies when you have a made a mistake, if it's a bug, then the restoration wouldn't count against the one-time restriction. The restriction may eventually raise as accounts and game get older, but for now, it's one-time to keep people from abusing it.

I agree they need to be strict, I'm not disagreeing on that policy.. but once a lifetime? that's beyond unreasonable. It should be once every year.
