Our biggest joint effort currently is to establish our headquarters on a LARGE plot of land. If you are a potential investor looking to park your hard-earned gil, we warmly welcome you! We strive towards a transparent/ownership driven process, which has been in place since the founding of our company. We recognize and appreciate the difficulty with which your gil is earned through grinding your valuable time and will always treat it as such if u do decide to become a member/shareholder.

In time, as the final share count and ownership roster of our FC is determined (upon the purchase of our large plot of land/house), we will be implementing a system where shares in our FC can be exchanged/traded among our members, and existing ranks/privileges will be extended based on % ownership.

Got a few questions asking about how "shares" will eventually work. So I will clarify this. It would work similar to equity ownership distribution in real life:

- You are given "shares" in our FC based on the amount of gil you invest (at rate of 1 gil per 1 share initially)
- Final share count will be tallied upon the purchase of our large land/house
- Once tallied, these shares will become vested & tradeable on a forum thread, to be created and to be titled "CAT-NIP Stock Exchange", price then will be market driven (i.e. buyer/seller determined)
- % ownership in our company is determined by the function: "your shares / total shares outstanding", and will be used to determine rank/access to our FC's housing/chest/actions/other permissions.

Hope this helps clarifies the framework for our eventual "shareholding" system!

Thank you for all the interest so far in our FC! Our invested capital and fc membership continues to grow steadily and surely. We are still open for new members, and welcome your participation! Please come join us!

We are happy to disclose the progress of our current round of share sales. As of Jan 8, 2014 our total funding stands at 16,709,926 gil. Outstanding shares also stand at 16,709,926 (being created at par value of 1 gil per share).

That said, we still fall short of our targeted goal of 100,000,000 gil, which is the price of a fully depreciated, large plot of land in six weeks. We remain optimistic with the recent rate of growth in our funding however.
