It's the upgrade others are talking about here
Once upgraded, i doubt you are able to play with the ps3 version anymore. (except if willing to pay both subs game boxes as you do to play with both PC and ps3)

Why we must have 2 different accounts for ps3 and pc instead of a single paid mogstation account and log on both freely? Isn't it dumb..

You can register every available platform to the same service account and you would then only need to pay 1 sub for all registered platforms on the account. Only the register keys for every platform you need to buy once.
Of course, if you register them to different service accounts then you need to pay sub for every service account.
