    It's weird how the description of DET says it affects how much you're healed for and not how much you heal, yet many healer pieces have DET as secondary stat. The interpretation should be the latter right? Have people tested this?

    Not seeing where you're getting confused here.
    It doesn't say whose healing spells are affected, those cast upon you or by you.
