This isn't Coil, ditch the raid macros.

Snagged from someones post because it reminded me of one of my biggest pet peeves in pvp.

The wolves den is not coil. You aren't helpfully alerting your party to the next stun rotation. You're filling chat logs, making people to turn down their volume and at worst forcing a blacklist for the duration of the match to make the spam stop.

Ditch the macro, replace it with the basic action and make everyone you get grouped with far happier.

They need to allow multiple hotbar setups to help curb this. (not just for that reason of course)

If I have an Archer PVP and Archer PVE save the different bars rather just one universal Archer bar. I don't want to move my skills around each time I switch between PvE and PvP.

I don't do what you posted above but I can totally understand why people do.

They do have multiple hotbar setups--10 of them. use /hotbar copy to copy your main hotbar over to another one, replace the chat macros with the plain skills, switch to that hotbar in PvP (you can even make a macro that switches hotbars, or make a gear swap macro that also changes hotbars, so you don't have to remember which one it is).

The problem is that all a macro like that really tells you is that the person used blunt arrow. It doesn't tell you who it was used on because of the ridiculous fresh meat tags. To make it somewhat useful the macro should say something along the lines of "silenced healer". This limits the use of the macro to only against healers but it makes it so that everyone on your team knows who it was used on and are possibly able to follow up with a stun or whatever for chain CC.

Lol too much silence shot spam. On the other hand if they do it for a CC with a mark attached to it, its fine
