90k caused by stun/Slipstream/Aetheric Boom etc.

I've scoured the forum and haven't seen anyone else with this problem, but since 2.1, occasionally if my character gets stunned, it will instantly 90k me. Since I get booted off the server it's hard to really analyse what is going on, but when I first tried to PvP, someone using Shield Bash against me made me 90k nearly every time. Likewise with Garuda Extreme, while tanking both Garuda and Suparna, Slipstream occasionally makes me 90k. The weird thing there is that if I'm only tanking Garuda and get hit my slipstream, it rarely 90k's me, but if tanking two mobs, especially during tornado phase, it's a lot more common.

None of this makes sense to me, so here's some more weirdness to confuse the issue further, fighting Ultima, on the last Aetheric Boom (or whatever it's called when he summons the purple bombs) I've been 90k'd right as that last one goes off 3 or 4 times. While fighting Titan Extreme I've been 90k'd a few times after I've jumped off the platform (to wipe), just as I hit the ground and die I 90k.

Would really love a solution to this craziness, since I'm the main tank in my group and can't safely tank Garuda Ex without getting 90k'd and wiping the run!
