So i noticed that they changed the tooltip on Awareness skill from

"Reduces the chance of suffering critical damage by 25%."
to
"Nullifies chance of suffering critical damage."

So is it still the same chance or did it receive a buff?

You won't be hit by Critical hits is all. Very useful.

yes, this was assumed to be the case but it affected your ability to be critically healed. is that still the case?

Right now, the only things that can crit you in content-appropriate gear (or overgeared) are trash packs in dungeons. Awareness is worthless on anything that matters.

Enemy Autoattacks can Crit, their spells and abilities can't.
Awareness is actually worth using now whenever you're in danger of taking a big nasty hit of damage, and taking an unlucky autoattack hit at the same time might push you over your limit.
I tend to pop it alongside Bulwark, which is also "Chance based" mitigation.

Since you can't see when a Crit "Doesn't happen" you can't really tell when it's working, but its a little extra insurance for normalising incoming damage.

Awareness is reaaaaaaaaaaaal bad, even in its fixed state. At least it doesn't punish you for wanting to see the neat animation anymore.
