Level 25 Archer Class Quest

Hey there, I just can't seem to continue my Archer's class quest since I'm not able to talk to the person I'm supposed to.

Name of NPC: Silvairre
Area NPC is located: Archer's guild New Gridania/Coordinates 15X Y11
Quest Name: Homecoming

I wanted to do my BRD today but I can't with this problem. Should've just done this earlier.

The same can be said for the lvl 15 quest.

I managed to do the Level 15 quest but that was quite a while ago now I'm stuck on level 25. Thing is, I can talk to him with any other class but Archer. That seems odd to me. -_-

Yes I have the same problem and it wouldn't allow me to report the bug in the report bugs section of the player support

I hope it'll get fixed soon

Have the same issue here though for the lvl 15 quest, basically Silvairre is not responding to any interaction despite having the quest icon.
