Sleep resist and how it works!

I got 31 including weapon and HQ food without overmelding.

Regardless, it still seems a bit too strong.

7 pieces that can have +4 each. 7x4=28 + 5 from HQ food = 33 maxed. As for is it worth? I feel sleeps duration would need a nerf to make it amazing. Still nonetheless 33% reduced time being asleep is better then none.
