1. In general overpower is better threat for War, Paladins have a passive increase to flash's enimity. So keep that in mind when a paladin tells you how awesome flash is, its not as good for us.

2. Cross Class skills should really be chosen based on the fight, but in general having flash available is not a bad idea.

3. As for cool downs, I use 60sec cooldowns much more freely. The longer cooldowns should def be saved for when you need them. I am against macro'ing Cds, just because they provide very specific bonus's that should be used based on what kind of incoming damage is about to occur. Like popping foresight before a magic attack is going to be a waste, ect.

4. Gear It all sort of rotates around ACC cap for you at this point. You want enough ACC for the content 472ish up to turn 4, and 480 twintana (some say). Some where in that range and you are good. So you maintain that, and try to get as much Vit, Str, Parry as you can thats about it.
