Silvairre NPC on Odin Server

Ok I've just hit 25 but a friend of mine who is level 15 is having the same problem, when we pick up the Archer Class quest and get told to talk to "Silvairre" we cannot talk to him, we click him but absolutely nothing happens, no cutscene, no error, nothing.

Yesterday I tried using the "Support Desk" > "Contact Us" in game but have got no response and the issue is still not sorted and is slightly more annoying as I was hoping to get Bard unlocked today which will be impossible if I cannot even do the Level 25 quest.

Btw just to add I have tried logging out, changing class and abandoning the quest with no luck and when I haven't got the quest I can talk to him and he does work as he says "It was my people, the Elezen, who gave rise the the noble tradition of archery. To see it thus... parodied by outsiders... It is an outrage." He just doesn't respond when we have an actual quest to speak to him.

Also having this problem, just hit level 25 and cannot begin or complete the quest because of him. I can accept the quest from Luciane, but then when I go to talk to Silvairre, there is no response. He doesn't even turn to look at me like normal NCP's would when you try to interact with them, he acts as if I'm not there. I can speak to him without the quest, he replies fine, but with the quest, he does not respond.

This is the first I have seen of this, I have completed every other Archer Quest fine; spoken to him and fought with him, but there seems to be a bit of a bug suddenly forming here.

I have also had this problem trying to do my lvl 25 Archer quest today. Tried changing classes, logging in/out and dropping and retaking the quest. Silvairre doesn't react at all.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
